New client reservation
To make a reservation please text us at 818 - 967 9042 with your preferred daycare and/or boarding dates. Feel free to send us a cute picture of your dog with it! :)
1. Fill out our intake form (found below) and send a signed copy back to us. Make sure you read and sign our cancellation policy on page 2 of the intake form.
2. Attach up to date vaccine records (required vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP, Bordatella, Leptospirosis, Canine influenza). Your dog must also be on a monthly flea preventative.
3. We will then schedule a call with you to discuss details of your dog's home routine, medical history, socialization, etc.
4. We will schedule a day care date (up to 4 hours/half day $28, or full day/up to 8 hours $40) prior to your booking to make sure everyone is a good fit and to make your pup comfortable for their upcoming stay or future daycare.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Beginning September 2022)
Please keep in mind we are a small business with limited spots/reservations available to best serve you and your beloved pup/animal companion.
It is important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling without giving enough notice regardless of reason, small businesses lose the opportunity to fill that reservation time and other clients waiting for a spot miss out. For the benefit and respect of all our clients as well as our family, reservations with CCBNB are subject to the following terms:
All reservations must be paid in full in advance at the time you request booking. A reservation is not finalized until the payment is received and confirmed.
You may cancel your appointment with a minimum 5 day notice for a full refund.
For a 50% refund a 48 hour notice is required.
No shows or cancellations within the 48-hour window of your reservation starting date are non-refundable, regardless of reason. We do not offer COVID-19 exceptions.
We do not offer any credits for future visits for any type of cancellations.
Please note: additional charges may apply at the time of pick up if additional daycare hours, days or services were added to your pup's stay.
